Mewtwo Main (EN)

Level required: 200
Prerequisite: Celebi Quest, Unown Challenges.
Reward: Device and Mew and Mewtwo catch in the Pokedex. Choose between: Mew, Mewtwo Amulet, Running Shoes and Solemn Heart.

1st Part

---

Before starting, the player must have completed the following quests: Celebi Quest, Unown Challenges.
Note: Only 3 of the 4 Unown Challenges need to be completed.
After completing them, the player needs to go to New Island, located to the northwest of Hamlin:

It is important that the player selects six Pokémon that are effective against the three starting clones, as well as being useful in the Waves during the Quest.
Below are some Pokémon recommendations based on effectiveness and usefulness. These are just recommendations, it's up to the player to decide what to use.

Click on the door to enter.
If the player loses, they will have to wait 2 minutes to restart the quest.
Note: If there is another player in the quest, you will have to wait for them to complete it or be defeated.

Go to the end of the room and talk to Nurse Joy:

(Hi)

Wait for the Nurse Joy dialog and answer:

(yes)

Wait a few seconds for Mewtwo to appear. It will take away almost all of your life.

Note: Food usually works to restore the player's life. Some players often use Roasted Shiny Magikarp Food.

Wait for it to say that it has removed the memories of Nurse Joy's last few weeks and type: WHO ARE YOU?
After that, Mewtwo will talk to the player again. After that, you need to type: WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?
Finally, Mewtwo will say that humans and Pokémon can't be friends. The player must challenge him by typing: CHALLENGE
After that, Mewtwo will take the player to its arena and challenge them to a duel with its 3 clones:

The 3 clones are extremely strong and the player will use approximately 2 Pokémon to defeat each starter.
Note: It is not possible to use potions, elixirs, berries or revives. Held items work and can make the battle easier.

2nd Part

After defeating the three starters, a bigger and much more difficult challenge will take place: Mewtwo will summon several Pokémon in one wave from each clan, totaling 10 waves.
The player will choose a Pokémon from his backpack to control and the others will help him in the battle.

It is recommended to use a Pokémon with the passive ability Sturdy or Protect. In addition, using the lampposts on the sides of the arena to protect yourself from wave Pokémon can be an excellent strategy.
Pokémon summoned by Mewtwo do not receive negative effects. Continuous use of medicine is recommended to prevent the player's Pokémon from suffering negative effects.
Below is an example of where to move your character to hide from the Pókemon waves:

Wave 1 is made up of 22 Fire-type Pokémon, including:

Note: There are many fast Pokémon in this wave, such as Arcanine and Rapidash. They can quickly reach the character.

Wave 2 is made up of 22 Pokémon of the Grass and Bug types, among them:

Note: It's important to be careful with Scyther because it has the Shredder Team skill, which causes it to split up and block the floors around the player's Pokémon very quickly. As a result, the other Pokémon in the Wave may end up attacking directly on the character's life.

Note: Ursaring uses the Magnitude skill, which takes a long time to finish, so you need to be careful when using revive on your Pokémon if you have an Ursaring nearby.

Note: If you're using Carracosta, this Wave is extremely dangerous due to its elemental advantage. You also need to be careful with Magneton and Lanturn as their basic attacks are from a distance.

Wave 9 is made up of 22 Psychic-type Pokémon, including:

Note: Be careful with this wave, there are many Pokémon that apply negative effects to the player's Pokémon. You also have to be careful with Slowking since its basic attacks are at a distance.

Wave 10 is made up of 20 Steel-type Pokémon, including:

Scizor	Skarmory

Note: You have to be careful with Magneton since its basic attacks are from a distance.

When you finish all Waves, Mewtwo will clone the player's Pokémon and you'll have to fight them.

3rd Part

When you pass the waves and defeat the Pokémon that have been cloned, Mew will appear and the player will be transported to the sky. Afterwards, Mew will help the player escape from the wrath of Mewtwo.
The player must dodge the attacks launched by Mewtwo and reach the end of the path. Mew will always move to the right, and it's up to the player to guide it up or down.
Each time the player passes over a Mewtwoattack, they lose 20% of their maximum life.

To avoid damage in situations where the player finds themselves without a clear path, they can step over Mewtwo's attack, as long as they step on the same line as the attack.
The attack only affects the player if it is in front of them.

Note: You can use the Ctrl + N command to readjust your character's life to make it easier to see where they are.

4th Part

When you pass through the course, the final battle will begin. Mew will be your Pokémon, and you'll have to use it to defeat Mewtwo:

The mechanic for defeating Mewtwo consists of reducing its life until Mewtwo activates Psystrike and then the player must use the Reflect and Barrier skills. This mechanic happens twice during the battle with Mewtwo.

Upon defeating Mewtwo, the player must say the phrase "Where are you going?" to Mewtwo. Afterwards, Mew and Mewtwo will take the player to the rewards room so that they can choose a prize for ending the conflict between them.

The player may choose ONLY ONE of the following items:

	Solemn Heart	Increases the character's maximum life by 6000 and grants a 15% reduction in damage caused by traps.
	Mew Amulet	Summons Mew to help you for 30 minutes. Its cooldown resets during Server Save.
	Mewtwo Amulet	Summons Mewtwo to help you for 30 minutes. Its cooldown resets during Server Save.
	Running Shoes	Increases the character's speed by 90.

In addition to the above reward, the player will also get a Device, which allows them to use a third Held Item temporarily on the Pokémon it is equipped with.

Extra: By talking to Nurse Joy on New Island after finishing the Quest, the player will earn a record of catching the Pokémon Mew and Mewtwo.
