MT Silver ENG

Introduction
Mt. Silver is one of the most challenging areas in Johto, accessible only to trainers with a level of 150 or higher.
Note:
- You don't need to be VIP to access this location.
Hunting Difficulties
Mt. Silver has two hunting difficulties, each designed for different levels.
Serene Path
It is the first hunting area of Mt. Silver, intended for players level 150 to 300. It has a Main Quest: Echoes of Mt. Silver, which starts with the NPC Ranger Mason. Upon completion, it unlocks an advanced version of Mt. Silver for players level 250+.
Fierce Expedition
Designed for players between levels 250 and 450, it offers a more intense hunting experience, serving as an intermediate step before the Nightmare World. Pokémon are stronger and grant more experience when defeated.
Note: The hunting areas are the same as in Serene Path, only the difficulty changes.
How to Get There
Mt. Silver can be accessed from the west exit of Silver Town.

To access the hunting areas, players can use two main entrances, each offering a different mode of transportation.
Main Gate
Upon entering the main gate, the player will have access to the following hunting locations:

Note: Check here how to access hunting areas without transportation.
NPC Excavation Jade
The cost of transportation within the Serene Path is 4k. However, players can deliver 500
Pear Tourmalines to the NPC Excavation Jade, located outside Mt. Silver, to obtain a discount that reduces the price to only 1k.
In Fierce Expedition, transportation costs are double: each trip costs 8k. With the discount applied, the price drops to 2k.

External Parts of Mt. Silver
From this access point, players will use air transportation that will take them directly to the external areas, where they will find the following hunting grounds:

Note: Check here how to access hunting areas without transportation.
NPC Cabbie Aether
The cost of transportation within the Serene Path is 4k. However, players can give 500
Tanzanite Crystals to the NPC Cabbie Aether, located outside Mt. Silver, to obtain a discount that reduces the cost to only 1k.
In Fierce Expedition, transportation costs are double: each trip costs 8k. With the discount applied, the price drops to 2k.

NPC Cabbie Mark
The NPC Cabbie Mark allows players to return outside of Mt. Silver at no cost. Simply interact with the NPC and request transportation back. He is located next to the Mt. Silver air transportation, near the NPC Cabbie Aether.

How to Access Hunting Areas Without Transportation
Some areas of Mt. Silver do not have direct transportation, requiring the player to explore alternative routes to reach them. See below how to access each hunting ground without transportation:

The player can reach the
Magmar hunting ground via
Tyranitar's Ground Transportation, and will find the cave in the northern area.

The player can reach the
Poliwrath hunting ground via
Quagsire's Ground Transportation, and on the left side, they will find the entrance to the cave.

The player can reach the
Scizor hunting ground via
Onix's Ground Transportation by going down the stairs on the right, where they will see the entrance.

The player can reach the
Lapras hunting ground via
Weavile's Ground Transportation and heading south.

The player can reach the
Delibird hunting ground via
Dragonite's Air Transportation and heading west.
Silas Gildore
Silas Gildore is an explorer who discovered rare stones on Mt. Silver that can increase the chances of encountering specific Shiny Pokémon. By giving these stones to Silas, the player can choose one from five weekly lists.
The NPC will ask the player to deliver 20
Rough Diamond, 20
South Sea Pearl, and 99
Tanzanite Crystal.

When the player delivers the items to Silas Gildore and confirms their selection, these Pokémon will have an additional chance to appear exclusively within Mt. Silver. This means that the usual Pokémon found in Mt. Silver remain normal, and these 6 rare Pokémon will have their own separate chance to appear alongside them. The effect lasts for one week.

Note: If the player wishes to change the selected list before the end of the week, simply choose a new list, thereby replacing the previous bonus. It is not necessary to submit the items again.
Held Items Anchor
With NPC Magnus inside the Fierce Expedition, players can attach a Held X-Lucky or Held X-Experience to the totem, creating a permanent bonus within the zone.

Note: Helds are not lost, but there is a cost to remove them.
