Forest Quest (EN)

Minimum Level: 170

Rewards: 1.776.000 EXP, 5 Healing Elixirs, 5 Fortune Elixirs, 5 Knowledge Elixirs, 10 Bounty Elixirs, 20 Running Elixirs, 10 Attack Elixirs, 10 Defense Elixirs, 2 Boost Stones and Replica of an Ancient Jewel.

1st Part - Proving Your Worth!

To start the quest, go to NPC Symon, located on one of the mountains in Zangoose's respawn.

He will tell you that it is dangerous to be among the Zangoose because they are at war with the Seviper and that he is there researching more about these Pokémon. Symon says he wants to tell you a secret, but first he needs to know if you're ready and asks you to defeat 250 Zangoose.

Note: Remember to collect the loot of the requested pokémon, they will be used during the quest.

Mission
Defeat 250 Zangoose ()

Upon defeating 250 Zangoose, Symon will grant you 513,000 experience points and ask for another favor. Now, he wants you to defeat 250 Sevipers and says he'll explain everything to you later.

Mission
Defeat 250 Seviper ()

Upon defeating 250 Seviper, Symon will grant you another 513.000 experience points and says that now he will tell the secret. He tells you that there are rumors that there is a lost treasure in this region and that's why the Zangoose and Seviper are battling each other. Symon claims to have asked the villagers east of there but couldn't get more information and now he wants help finding the treasure.

2nd Part - The Hidden Treasure!

After promising to help Symon find the treasure, it's time to seek information from the aforementioned villagers. Find NPC Carter in the village located south of Phenac and try to get more information from him.

Carter asks you not to bother him as he doesn't want to be tricked by another stranger, as someone else had promised him help and hasn't returned. He explains that it was a man in a strange uniform who stopped him asking for a location and that he was carrying a strange stone in his hands, and that he would only help if he helped him too, however, he did not receive the help he expected in return. In order for him to tell you the location of this man, he will ask you to do him a favor too and give him 100 Tribe Marks and 100 Poisonous Tails.

After delivering the requested items, Carter says the mystery man showed him a picture and he said that the location he was looking for was to the south, but that he didn't say exactly where it was and that this man probably went there.

3rd Part - Looking for the mysterious man!

Based on the information Carter has given you, head south to look for the mystery man. Enter Mightyena's respawn located underground between Shiftry's and Manectric's respawns.

Note: Bring a fly or surf Pokémon to access Mightyena's respawn.

Once inside the respawn, go down a floor where there is an Absol.

Then find the secret passage, marked with an X in the image:

Entering the secret passage, we discover that the mystery man is a member of Team Rocket. Talk to him, he will ask how you found it and confess to stealing the treasure, saying he won't return it. He then challenges you to a battle.

The Rocket Member NPC will use the following Pokémon:

Aggron	Exploud	Swampert	Torkoal	Seviper	Hariyama

Note: The player will have 3 minutes to win this battle. The player will not lose experience or bless if they are defeated.

After winning, he will complain that the treasure was almost his and that he regrets losing the battle, so he will give you the treasure. Now go back to NPC Symon and deliver the gem. He will say that he will study it and the player receives a reward of 250,000 experience points.

4th Part - The lying explorer!

After giving the gem to Symon, go back to the villagers to tell them what happened. Find Ruphert, he will beg for help.

Ruphert tells that the Pokémon attacked his village and explains that there is a gem hidden in the forest that calms the Pokémon, and the reason for such fury may have been because it was stolen. He claims that the explorer lied when he said that the Pokémon were fighting over the gem, as it has always protected them and that he needs help to get it back. Go back to Symon and confront him.

Upon finding Symon, he will reveal that his true intentions have been discovered, but that it is too late and that he will not return the jewel unless it is forcibly removed. Battle him to get the treasure back.

The NPC Symon will use the following Pokémon:

Flygon	Mega Swampert	Absol	Toxicroak	Lucario	Cacturne

Note: The player will have 3 minutes to win this battle. The player will not lose experience or bless if they are defeated.

Right after defeating Symon, he will regret having his plans spoiled and will give you the jewel. Return to NPC Ruphert to tell him about your progress.

5th Part - Restoring Peace!

Ruphert is very happy that he managed to recover the treasure and asks him to put it in its proper place so that peace can reign in the forest again. To do this, you must go to Zangoose's respawn to access the cave where you must return the jewel.

Note: Take a Pokémon with surf ability to gain access to the treasure location.

Once inside the cave, go to the right until you find a large chest where you should place the jewel.

Use the right button on the jewel and then the left button on the chest, an exclamation will appear as soon as you get it

When returning the gem to its location again, return to Ruphert. He will thank you and say that the village is indebted to you for your great work, so as a token of his gratitude he will give you the following rewards:
