Chaotic Circus (EN)

Minimum level: 400.
Entry Cost: Chaotic Circus Rift Crystal.
Number of players: 2.
Boss: Chaotic Hypno.
Alternative Boss: Jessie and James.

Rift Location

The entrance to the Chaotic Circus Rift is located on an island east of the Fuchsia Resistance. To access it, the player must own a Mecha and have completed the Mecha Fly Quest.

Important Info

Upon entering, players will receive a Cage Key. This key is used to open the cages in which 13 Pokémon are trapped throughout the Rift. For each Pokémon freed by the players, the reward will increase by 1 Small Experience Candy.
In order to complete the Rift, you don't need to release them. Doing so will only affect the amount of Small Experience Candy you receive as a reward.
At the Chaotic Circus, you can try to catch the Pokémon Cufant and Copperajah.
Note: You need to catch the Pokémon Cufant for Voidmania.

In addition, you can encounter 17 Scare Tamers, which are dangerous NPCs located at strategic points throughout the Rift to make things harder for players who want to complete it. You don't have to defeat them.

Chaotic Hypno

To finish, players must defeat the powerful Chaotic Hypno, who is found right at the beginning of the Rift. It works on a wave-based mechanic: every time it takes a certain amount of damage, some Pokémon are summoned and it becomes immune. Once the summoned Pokémon are defeated, Chaotic Hypno flees to another location on the map. This occurs in the order listed below.

After defeating Chaotic Hypno, simply return to the ship at the beginning of the Nightmare Rift to complete it.

Alternative Boss - Jessie and James

There's a chance that Team Rocket will be found inside the Chaotic Circus. If they're there, you'll need to defeat them, and players will receive an extra reward upon completing the rift.
The extra reward will always include a Giant Koban.

Note: There's a small spoiler about when Jessie and James will be found at the Chaotic Circus. Right at the entrance, Meowth and Wobbuffet will be waiting for their team to return.
