TUTORIAL:
The quest starts at the surroundings of Pewter (follow the map underneath). If you don't have any pokémon with the ability fly, you'll have to use surf to reach the place. The enter is blocked by a stone, use rock smash to break it.
Be careful, the chest is heavily protected!!
