Rift Location

The entrance to the Kong Island Rift is located inside the Safari on an upper level, so you must use a Mecha.

Important Info

Players will encounter random Pokémon in the Rift, but it is not necessary to defeat them to reach the boss.

Puzzle

Along the way, the player must light torches, pull levers, and interact with objects that will open a path and allow the player to move forward.

The first torches are intuitive, and clear the way to the first lever.

When you click on the lever, the path to the special tile will be cleared. Once you stand on the tile, another player must go to Torch 4 for the puzzle to continue.

Still following the order of the images, when the player reaches the skull, they must click on the SQM where the skull is located.

Once the puzzle is complete, the player can click on the barrel shown in the image and reach the boss Slaking via the indicated ladder.

Boss

The boss of Kong Island Rift is Slaking.

The battle mechanics for this boss are simple: at two points during the battle, Slaking will become untargetable, and barrels will fall from the sky, dealing damage to the player and their Pokémon.
At the end of this mechanic, the boss will return to the battlefield (dealing damage in the area where it lands) and restart the cycle, triggering the mechanic a second time shortly thereafter.

When you see a flashing pink circle around Slaking, be careful, as it may target another player.

Upon completing the Rift, players will be teleported out of the Rift and receive their rewards.
