Introduction
Within this location, there are restrictions and peculiarities. The laboratory's advanced defenses are designed to neutralize specific threats, and all creatures are neutral, presenting unique challenges for trainers who wish to explore. In addition, some special abilities are blocked.
Held Enhancement
This system grants significant bonuses to players who are using certain Held Item categories. The system is based on the Held Item X equipped on the Pokémon the player is using.
If the player is using Tier 8 Held, they will deal 40% more damage and receive 40% less damage from enemies.
Notes:
- This system is only valid for Held items equipped directly in slot X of the Pokémon chosen for battle, i.e., it does not apply to Held items equipped in slot Y or in the Device.
- The bonus from the Held Enhancement system is cumulative, meaning that if a player is using the X-Attack or X-Defense held, they will receive both the bonus from the system and the bonus from the held.
Creatures Found
In Ultra Lab, there are only neutral enemies. When entering certain rooms, you may encounter stronger enemies, considered mini-bosses, which will require greater skill, strategy, and strength.
Berries: In Ultra Lab, all damage caused by Alpha Subjects is neutral. Therefore, it is recommended that players use
Kee Berry,
Lum Berry, and
Red Sitrus Berry to hunt in this location.
Players can also use
for greater resistance in times of danger.
Shadow Move: With Sarkies' advanced technology to neutralize Darkrai's corruption, he developed a defense mechanism in his laboratory. As a result, Pokémon T1H cannot use their Shadow Move in the Ultra Lab.
Common Local Items
One of the main purposes of this location is to exchange common items dropped here, such as
Inhibitor Chip,
Electronic Junk,
Electronic Components, and
Motherboard for any item dropped in Nightmare World. This exchange can be made with NPC The Duke, who is located near the resistance.

Alpha Subject
Alpha Subjects are mini bosses created by Sarkies and found in the Ultra Lab. Each one has its own mechanics, and a group of 3 players is recommended for hunting in this location. Click on the desired boss to understand its mechanics.
Advanced Ultra Lab
Sarkies developed this place to serve as a shelter for its creations, so all the bosses found there have the neutral element. However, the Pokémon found inside the tubes have their original element, depending on the Pokémon.
There are ten Advanced Ultra Labs throughout Nightmare World, and there are no restrictions on accessing them. All you need is an
Access Card, which can be obtained at the Ultra Lab hunting location or by purchasing it from other players.
All bosses have unique mechanics. Click on the one you prefer to access more information.
Secret Area of the Ultra Lab
Inside the Ultra Lab, there is a secret area that grants access to the room to create a TM if the player has 10 discs, as well as a chest for Level 600.
In total, six Remote Controls must be found and clicked in the following sequence:
| 1st Remote Control | 2nd Remote Control |
|---|---|
| 3rd Remote Control | 4th Remote Control |
| 5th Remote Control | 6th Remote Control |
After activating the sequence of Remote Controls, the player will unlock a secret passage near the 3rd Remote Control. After entering, they will find a lava path that they must follow until they locate a new secret passage.
When descending the newly discovered ladder, the player must navigate a path filled with traps that will cause damage to the character. There is no blessing or experience penalty for being hit by the trap.
After passing through the traps in the area, the player will find the TM Room. With the 10 discs in hand, click on the console (box in front of the location indicated in the image below) to create the TM collection.
The Level 600 Chest is located in the room before the main room.
