Important Info
At the Kangaskhan Ranch Rift, there are 32 Pokémon for players to defeat. It's important to defeat them all, as this is a requirement for completing the Rift.
Along the way, you'll be able to encounter the following Pokémon:
| Kangaskhan | |
| Snorlax | |
| Tauros | |
| Vigoroth | |
| Ursaring |
In addition, the first time the player completes the Rift, they must help the NPC Andy, who will provide the scissors needed to cut the bushes at the end. Andy is located at the back of the area, as shown in the image below:
Andy will ask the player to find
Scissors and
Whetstone, which are located in the following places:
After that, just return to the NPC to receive the
scissors that will allow you to cut the bushes shown in the image:
Note: If you've already done this once, you don't need to do it again.
Traps
There will be some traps along the way. A few
Miltank and
Donphan will be there to get in the players' way. If the character is hit, they will take damage.
There are also two types of plants that trigger the Sleep Powder and Stun Spore effects. Sleep Powder causes the player or Pokémon to fall asleep and become STUNNED, while Stun Spore deals damage and causes the character to become SLOW.
Outlaw Kangaskhan
After passing through the bushes, you’ll be able to battle
Outlaw Kangaskhan. At certain times, it receives attack boosts, which you can see indicated by signs on the Pokémon. Additionally, when its HP drops to specific levels, it uses the Epicenter ability, which deals significant area-of-effect damage.
After defeating it, simply go to the indicated location and click on the Rift Portal to complete the Rift.
Note: It's important to make sure that all the Pokémon in the area have been defeated. You can't leave the Rift until you've defeated all the Pokémon.
Alternative Boss - Big Snorlax
With luck, the
Outlaw Kangaskhan might be replaced by
Big Snorlax. Players who defeat it receive an extra reward.
You can tell this is going to happen when you enter the Rift and the screen starts to sway.
Big Snorlax changes targets every few seconds, so it's important to pay attention.
By defeating it, you'll be guaranteed to receive the
Giant Hamburger as an extra reward. This item is important for Voidmania-related crafts.
