Introduction
The Outland is a region far from the continent that only experienced trainers can access. You need to be level 150 or higher to pass through its portals.
Notes:
- You must be VIP to access this location.
- You can use the
Boss Charm item at the Outland Scyther hunting grounds, increasing the chance of Mega Scizor appearing.

How to get there
You can access Outland from three different locations: Cinnabar, Butwal and Power Plant.
It is recommended that players do the Welcome To The Outland Quest, as it shows the exact paths to get to the Outlands.

In addition to the Rank 5 NPCs that can appear randomly on the way to Outland, there are also fixed respawns of Rank 5 NPCs in the following locations:
Boss Fight
You can face three different Bosses: 
Suicune, 
Entei and 
Raikou. Each of them has different mechanics and it's up to the players to discover the best way to defeat them.
