Intro

PokéPark is an event held on Tangelo Island, available to trainers at level 150 or higher. This event is a competition focused on the essence of Pokémon: catching as many Pokémon as possible!

This event is available at 11am, 3pm, and 9pm BRT on the following days of the week: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

How it works

Before the event begins, a global message will be sent to all trainers, asking those interested in participating to go to the registration area on Tangelo Island. Once this announcement is made, players will have 5 minutes to make their way to the location. During this time, the NPC Daisy will be teleporting players who wish to participate.

After arriving at the PokéPark building, the player must use the PokéPark Ticket item, which can be purchased from the NPC Diana, located in the event hall.

A few minutes later, the event will begin, and players who used the PokéPark Ticket and remained in the PokéPark building will be teleported into the park. Upon entering the event, each player will receive   50 Park Balls and   20 Unite Balls, which they can use on the Pokémon they defeat.

Park Balls are used to compete in the event rankings, while Unite Balls feature a special progressive catch system and do not award points. If you are lucky enough to catch the Pokémon, you will receive the entry in your Pokédex and also a number of Park Points, which are the points awarded for catching Pokémon in the park. However, you will NOT KEEP THE POKÉMON, as this is a "sporting catch" event.

After using up all their Park Balls, even if they haven't used all their Unite Balls, the player will be teleported to the lobby while the other competitors finish the event. If the player is defeated during the PokéPark, they will be teleported to the start of the area and receive a 30-second stun penalty. After this period, they may continue the event as normal.

Once the event reaches its maximum duration of 30 minutes, the prizes will be awarded by our host.

Note: Players can leave the lobby before the event ends by speaking to the NPC Maddison, who is located in the northern part of the lobby.

Unite Ball

The   Unite Ball is a Poké Ball exclusive to PokéPark, used to catch special Pokémon available during the event through a progressive catch system.

Pokémon compatible with the Unite Ball are identified by an icon next to their name on their HP bar and are exclusively the Pokémon listed in the   Friendly Auras table, available only during the PokéPark.

Note: The NPC Ren, located in the PokéPark lobby, provides additional information on how the Unite Ball works.

How it works

The   Unite Ball uses its own catch system, separate from the PokéPark’s scoring mechanics.

Each time you use the Unite Ball, it increases your progress toward catching the target Pokémon, bringing you closer to a guaranteed catch.

  • The Unite Ball can be used only on exclusive Pokémon that grant   Friendly Aura.
  • Each Pokémon has a specific Unite Ball Limit; once this limit is reached, the catch is guaranteed.
  • The Pokémon can still be caught before the limit through the system's normal chance.
  • Catches made with the Unite Ball do not earn Park Points and do not affect the event ranking.
  • You can check your individual progress with the NPC Diana, located at the PokéPark reception desk, who will tell you how many Unite Balls you’ve used for each Pokémon.

Restrictions

  • The Unite Ball can only be used inside the PokéPark.
  • Works exclusively on Pokémon that grant Friendly Aura during the event:   Fletchling,   Fletchinder,   Talonflame,   Starly,   Staravia,   Staraptor,   Mudbray,   Mudsdale,   Hatenna,   Hattrem,   Hatterene,   Dedenne, and   Turtonator.
  • Any remaining Unite Balls are automatically removed at the end of the event.
  • Catching progress is carried over between different editions of PokéPark.

Friendly Aura

Pokémon caught with a Unite Ball are not directly owned by the player.

When catching a Pokémon, the player creates a special bond with it and receives a corresponding   Friendly Aura.

Friendly Auras can be exchanged later with the NPC Park Employee to permanently obtain the exclusive Pokémon, provided that the other event requirements are met.

How to Obtain the Exclusive Pokémon

When players catch certain Pokémon during the event, they form a special bond with them and receive the corresponding Friendly Aura.
Friendly Auras are used as currency when trading with the NPC Park Employee to obtain Pokémon from the park. Each exclusive Pokémon has its own unique Friendly Aura.

During the event, each Pokémon has a Unite Ball Limit, which represents the number of Unite Balls required to guarantee its catch. Once you reach this limit, catching the Pokémon is guaranteed. However, you can catch it before then based on the normal luck of the catch system.

The NPC Diana, located at the PokéPark reception desk, tells you how many Unite Balls have already been used on each Pokémon and tracks their individual progress.

Friendly Aura Pokémon Unite Ball Limit
    Fletchling   30
    Fletchinder   60
    Talonflame   125
    Starly   30
    Staravia   60
    Staraptor   125

    Hatenna   30
    Hattrem   60
    Hatterene   125
    Dedenne   30
    Turtonator   30

The NPC Park Employee who handles this exchange is located at the bottom of the park building. It will take 1 minute to hand over the Pokémon.

He will ask for the following items in exchange for the Pokémon.

Items for exchange:
100x Park Tokens   1x Friendly Aura

Putting it in the Premier Ball

You can also put the Pokémon exclusive to PokéPark into a Premier Ball. To do so, talk to the NPC Park Employee located to the north.

He will ask for the following items to put your Pokémon in a Premier Ball:

Items for exchange:
  50x Park Tokens   6,000,000 Dólares (6 KK)

Note: This swap will NOT cause your Pokémon to lose its Boost, Held Item, or capsules.

Next to the NPC Park Employee who puts the Pokémon in a Premier Ball, the player will find a panel.

In this panel, you can exchange Park Tokens for the following items:

Notes

  • The Shiny-charm.png Shiny Charm has no effect inside the PokéPark, as Shiny Pokémon do not appear during the event.
  • The Four Leaf Clover.gif Four-leaf Clover does not work during the event.
  • The event's 50ParkBall.png PokéPark Balls do not stack with other types of Poké Balls.
  • If the player already has a catch record for that Pokémon, the chance of catching it will increase significantly. This bonus does not apply to Pokémon obtained exclusively at the PokéPark. It also does not affect the Unite Ball catch system.
  • Since the PokéPark is a game instance, totems placed outside it will not take effect within the event area.
  • Pokémon that have a bond with their trainers will not be unique items.
  • Pokémon caught during the event do not count toward any missions.
  • In the event of a tie, the player who uses up all their PokéPark Balls first will be the winner.
  • The Critical Catch Charm does not work during the event.
  • Star Sign catch bonuses do not apply to this event.
