Opening the Gates
Upon entering the Rift, each player must click on the dragon statue in the center of the room to receive a Flint. To open the gates, simply use your Flint on one of the torches on the sides of the room.
Traps
There will be a few traps along the way. Statues of Dragonair and Dragonite release ice particles that deal damage to players and Pokémon they hit.
If hit, the ice particles cause damage for a few seconds.
First Stage
Players must defeat the 20 Pokémon scattered throughout the Rift.
After defeating the Pokémon, players must gather at the markers shown on the map above and step on the opposite sides at the same time to clear the path in the middle and reveal the boss, Mega Salamence.
Boss Mega Salamence
To summon Mega Salamence, players must be on the central path that was opened after completing the previous stages. When you click on the torch, three more will be summoned alongside Mega Salamence.
- Breaking the torch reduces the boss's defense for one minute.
- The boss isn't neutral; its effectiveness is normal.

Secret
After defeating Mega Salamence, players must complete the Rift secret located south of the central room, marked by a treasure chest on the map below:
Now the player must go down the stairs and click on the chest.
When clicking on the chest, players will see the following message: You've found a dragon's treasure but must overcome the challenges to leave here with it.
If the player completes the rift after completing the secret, they will receive the following items:
| Item | Rarity | |
|---|---|---|
| Faceted Quartz | Common | |
| Strange Halite Ore | Rare | |
Note: Players will always receive a Strange Halite Ore if they complete the secret 10 times.
Second Stage
After completing the secret, one of the players must go back to the center of the map and click on the dragon statue to continue.
When clicking on the statue, both players will be taken to the second part, where they must collect the statues of the Shiny versions of Dratini, Dragonair, and Dragonite.
Players must place them on three altars scattered throughout the rift, as shown in the images below:
After placing them, players will gain access to the two Shiny Dragonite guardians of the boss Shiny Giant Dragonite.
- Watch out for the guardians, because when their health is low, they can easily kill the tank with just basic attacks.
- Use defense elixirs and save the Protect for last.
After defeating the guardians, players will gain access to the Shiny Giant Dragonite.
Shiny Giant Dragonite
The battle against the boss Shiny Giant Dragonite takes place in PokéView mode, and players will be able to switch Pokémon as usual.
To start the battle, both players simply need to stand on the mark in each corner of the room. Once they step on the mark, the players begin to lose health.
