Para começar vá até Jungle Island, uma ilha tropical localizada a oeste da cidade de Vermilion.
Dirija-se até a cabana localizada ao centro da ilha e encontrará uma passagem secreta no chão. Ao descer, siga o caminho indicado na segunda imagem:

Durante o trajeto, haverão vários Pokémon do tipo planta e venenoso, portanto, deverá ter cuidado pois muitos deles estarão protegendo o baú. O jogador encontrará:

Após derrotar todos os Pokémon pelo caminho, encontrará o baú. Lembre-se de que não é possível resgatar a recompensa se houver algum Pokémon por perto, então derrote todos.
Ao abrir o baú, receberá as seguintes recompensas:

Logo em seguida, o jogador será teletransportado automaticamente ao centro Pokémon da cidade de Vermilion.
