Technical Record (TR) es un ítem que permite al entrenador enseñar un nuevo moveset completo a su Pokémon. El Pokémon que posea este ítem podrá desempeñar una función diferente a la de su versión original. Para equipar un TR en un Pokémon, es necesario que el jugador posea una colección correspondiente a este. Esto quiere decir que, no será posible utilizar la colección de un TR Scyther en un Dragonair, por ejemplo. Así como los Pokémon T1H, el uso de un TR es exclusivo para contenidos PvE, no siendo posible utilizarlos en duelos PvP.
Observaciones:
- Función disponible: Causador de Daño Explosivo (BDD)
- Nivel para uso: 100+
- Boost necesario para equipar y utilizar el TR: +70
- Forma de obtención: NPC Terry en Goldenrod City, en el continente de Johto.
- Cómo activar y desactivar un TR: El comando para activar y desactivar la forma TR es !autotm on y !autotm off.
- En caso de que el Pokémon tenga equipada una Mega Stone: En este caso, será necesario que el jugador desactive la Mega Evolución para poder activar el TR.

Forma de Obtención
Para obtener un TR Collection, el jugador deberá ir hasta la shopping ubicado en la ciudad de Goldenrod, en Johto, y hacer clic, con el botón derecho del mouse, en el panel del elevador para dirigirse al piso de la tienda de ítems.
A continuación, basta con hablar con el NPC Terry para comprar el ítem correspondiente al Pokémon deseado. Cada colección tiene un costo de $10KK.
Distinto de los TM, no es necesario comprar diez discos para conformar el TR, puesto que este ítem ya es una colección completa. De esta forma, basta con adquirir solamente uno y equiparlo en el Pokémon que cumpla con los requisitos necesarios para el uso.
Como remover un TR
Es posible retirar el TR equipado en su Pokémon con el NPC Dr. Gate, ubicado en la ciudad de Blackthorn, en Johto. El NPC le cobrará 1KK para retirar cualquier TR, independiente de la categoría.
