A Technical Record (TR) is an item that allows the trainer to teach their Pokémon a completely new moveset. Pokémon that have this item can perform a different role than their original version. To equip a TR on a Pokémon, the player must have the corresponding collection. That is, it will not be possible to use a Scyther TR collection on a Dragonair, for example. Like T1H Pokémon, the use of a TR is exclusive to PvE content and cannot be used in PvP battles.

* Available Role: Burst Damage Dealer (BDD)
* Level for use: 100+ 
* Boost required to equip and use TR: +70 
* How to obtain: NPC Terry in Goldenrod City, Johto Region.
