Introduction
After completing the Tower 5 storyline, the player will be able to unlock Tower 6 by using 600 Tower Points (29px|link=)
Required level: 450 or higher.
Mode: Duo.
Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Reward: 1,000,000 (1KK) experience, 500 Tower Points (29px|link=) and 50 Wish Points (25px|link=).
Tower Attempts required: The player must have at least 6 Tower Attempts to enter the floor. If successful, 6 Tower Attempts will be consumed.

Important Info:
1. Until the player completes this floor for the first time, they will have a level cap* of 450. The level cap is individual, meaning that if one of the players has already completed this floor once, it will not be applied to them.
2. There are three objectives on this floor:
* Defeat the 120 enemies present on the floor.
* Energize the 4 tectonic plates. When a plate is energized, a Boss will be released and the path will remain closed until it is defeated.
* Finally, lure both Titans (Groudon 30px|link= and Kyogre link=) to the center of the room. The floor will only be completed when both players manage to bring the two Titans into their respective rooms.
3. The use of Elixirs is allowed on this floor.
4. Players can use 20 Revives and 175 Potions/Elixirs during the floor.
5. To open the gates, players must solve a puzzle located in the center of the room.
6. The following attacks are blocked: Spiky Shield, Mimic Wall, Mimic, King's Shield, Reflect, Selfdestruction, Mirror Move, Mirror Coat, Magic Coat, Spirit Bomb and Sturdy.
7. The following Held Items have no effect: X-Return and Y-Regeneration.
Note*: Level Cap is a system that keeps the player at a certain level. In the case of Tower 6, the player will remain at level 450 until they successfully complete the floor for the first time.

Puzzle
Upon entering the 6th floor of the Embedded Tower, the player must arrange the puzzle pieces as shown below:

colspan="2" width="50%" style="background-color: #4682B4" | Puzzle
width="5%" align="center" | Before
link=
width="5%" align="center" | After
link=

After solving the puzzle, the gates will open, and players will be able to start defeating the Pokémon on the map.

colspan="2" width="20%" style="background-color: #4682B4" | Map
width="5%" align="center" | 500px|link=

Closed Gates
Along the way, players will encounter several locations with closed gates that prevent them from reaching the other side of the map or entering special rooms where they can find healing areas for their Pokémon.
There are two types of gates, each activated differently:
* Gates that remain permanently open after the player steps on the correct tile.
* Gates that remain open temporarily, only while the player is standing on the correct tile.

Therefore, players must find a nearby tile that activates the gate and opens it, as shown in the example below:

colspan="2" width="50%" style="background-color: #4682B4" | Closed Gates
width="5%" align="center" | Activating the tile
400px|link=
width="5%" align="center" | Gate opening
400px|link=

How to Heal Pokémon
On the 6th floor of the Embedded Tower, there are some special rooms, each containing 4 tiles that can either heal your Pokémon or cause 3 rocks to fall, potentially killing your character.

colspan="2" width="50%" style="background-color: #4682B4" | Special Rooms
width="5%" align="center" | Healing
400px|link=
width="5%" align="center" | Rocks
400px|link=

Important: There will always be 2 healing tiles and 2 rock tiles in each special room.
Tip 1: If the player activates the rocks, it is possible to dodge them by walking diagonally, as shown in the example above.

Tip 2: If the player prefers, they can also position their Pokémon on one of the surrounding tiles and walk on the same tile where their Pokémon is standing, as no rocks will fall there.

Note: When the healing tile is found, all Pokémon will be fully healed, including their cooldowns.
It is important to be careful at this point, as being hit by all the rocks at the same time will kill the character.

colspan="2" width="20%" style="background-color: #4682B4" | Rocks
width="5%" align="center" | 400px|link=

Fountains
In addition to defeating all the Pokémon on the map, players must find 4 fountains scattered around the edges of the tower and use the correct tectonic plate on each fountain to energize it. 45px|link=
There are two blue fountains and two red fountains. Each player must use one of each color to energize their two tectonic plates.

colspan="2" width="50%" style="background-color: #4682B4" | Fountains
width="5%" align="center" | Red Fountain
550px|link=
width="5%" align="center" | Blue Fountain
550px|link=

When using a fountain, a boss will be summoned and the path will be closed. Players must defeat the boss for the path to reopen and allow them to continue progressing through the floor.

Note: This is an important moment to use Elixirs and Revives to make defeating the summoned boss easier.
The summoned boss is completely random and can be any boss from floors 1 to 4 of the Embedded Tower.
Once defeated, the path will reopen, and the player who dealt the most damage to the boss will receive the item corresponding to the defeated boss (items that can already be obtained from the same bosses in Tower 1 to 4).

Traps
There are several traps on this floor that deal damage based on the character's health and inflict negative effects.
Energizing the Fountains
After defeating all the Pokémon on the map, players must head to the central area to energize the central fountains and open the path.
Each player will use their two already energized tectonic plates on the two fountains available on the map.

width="100%" | link=

Once the fountains are energized, players must choose which path to take:

* Groudon's path 30px|link= to obtain the Red Orb 18px|link=
* Kyogre's path link= to obtain the Blue Orb 18px|link=
Players must stand on a clearly visible tile to open the path and proceed to the end, where they will encounter their chosen Titan. Once they reach the end of the path, they must click on the Orb.

Notes:

* After defeating all the Pokémon and mini-bosses on the floor and accessing the path to the Titan, a checkpoint will be activated. This checkpoint will be removed once the floor is completed. If the player attempts the floor again later, they will need to reach this area once more to activate it.
* It is recommended that players click on the Orb at the same time so that the race starts simultaneously, as the floor will only be completed if both Titans reach the central rooms of Tower 6.
* Players must be very careful during this part. If a player loses the Titan's target, it will start returning to the beginning of the path, and the player will have to go back and retrieve it.
* After receiving the Orb corresponding to the chosen Titan, it will no longer be possible to switch Titans, even if the duo fails the attempt. However, it will be possible to switch later if desired.

Click on the text corresponding to your chosen path below to view the correct route and some tips:

Groudon|link= Groudon's Path 18px|link=

* When clicking on the Orb, the map will undergo a climate change, awakening Groudon. As a result, a constant meteor shower will begin throughout the race. When hit, the player or Pokémon will receive the STUN effect and will be unable to move for a few seconds, in addition to taking damage based on their maximum health.
* Groudon will always use the Ember attack every 5 seconds, so the player can use this time window to use a Revive or switch Pokémon.
* It is recommended to bring a Pokémon that can heal the character's health during the route, if necessary.

* When clicking on the Orb, the map will undergo a climate change, awakening Kyogre and causing several water jets to erupt from the ground. If the player or Pokémon is hit, they will be launched into the air, receive the STUN effect, and be unable to move, in addition to taking damage based on their maximum health.
* Kyogre will always use the Bubbles attack every 5 seconds, so the player can use this time window to use a Revive or switch Pokémon.
When both players bring the two Titans into the central room, the objective will be completed, and the floor will be cleared, granting the reward.
Upon completion, players will be able to watch a cinematic.
Continuing the Embedded Tower Storyline
After completing the sixth floor of the Embedded Tower, the player must speak with Professor Birch to inform him which Orb they chose so that he can study it.
After that, the player must speak with Professor Sycamore, who will ask them to investigate the Rayquaza statue located in the Embedded Tower. By doing so, the player will receive 6,000,000 (6KK) experience, and their Tower Attempts will be reset.
At this point, the player must click on the Rayquaza statue to interact with it, as shown below:
